How your feedback has helped us improve
- The practice has gone through a transition due to the single handed GP retiring and we now have a new Principal GP providing services under our PMS contract.
- As a consequence we have been able to add a fulltime nurse practitioner to our team in January 2015 and this has made a significant increase in available appointmentsimproving access for our patients.
- The difficulty patients experienced in December which was identified in the FFT survey have now been resolved.
