  • Receptionist service first class requested a telephone consultation Doctor rang in ten minutes excellent service

  • One of the best practices I have been too. I have multiple conditions I manage. If I have a problem they are quick to answer and explain. If I don't understand why they will give me time to ask questions and answer my worries. The staff are friendly and amazing always welcoming. If I need to see some one am in the same day. I am not afraid to ask for help from doctors especially this one.

  • GP responded very quickly to my call attending my mother, at home, within two hours. Dr Rosa was, as usual, very thoughtful and thorough and attended to her needs with sympathy and compassion.

  • Friendly - Doctors listen to you - not rushed (or seem to be rushed). Great service ie internet appointment etc.

  • Have always found service to be excellent, all staff to be caring and polite at all times

  • Dr Rosa has been so caring that after a lifetime of being fearful of Doctors I now have no reservations in seeking treatment. His care and diligence has been second to none!!! The rest of the staff are very professional and are to be commended.

I am sorry that the Dr was unable to contact you for your telephone consultation and would be very grateful if you could complete a patient feedback form, available in reception, with further detail so that I can investigate the issue and discuss with the GP concerned.

  • All doctors and nurses at this practice are so friendly and professional, make you feel at ease..

  • Its the only practice that gives time with the patients, also very friendly, warm and with empathy which is very important.

  • Excellent service by receiving a telephone appointment. Got what I needed without taking an appointment when it wasn't required. Very helpful overall

  • Hard to get appointments after 4 either face or phone. If you have a phone appointment you have to keep your phone on all day as they never keep to appointment times twice they have not rang back.

    The practice offers GP and nurse appointments on Wednesday evenings up until 8.15pm for patients who have commitments that make it difficult to attend during core clinic hours.

    We would be very grateful if you could complete on of our comments leaflets in reception so that we can look into specific issues related to appointments and access in a timely and informed manner.

    The practice offers late appointments with GP & Nurse on a Wednesday evening up until 8.15pm. Telephone appointments are available daily if you can take a phone call at work.

  • I have always had excellent service at Oakfields Surgery.

  • The GP was friendly and easy to talk to, plus the dispensary is a great help with friendly staff.

  • Need larger parking spaces for Mam amd Toddler to use - can they use the disabled bays?.

    The practice must adhere to guidelines that state the number of parking spaces and their location as near to the practice entrance as possible, which should be reserved for disabled motorists. If we allowed use of the disabled bays by parents with young children access would be restricted.

  • This is the best GP practice I have ever attended. If I am kept waiting I believe it is because the GP is taking time to treat another patient properly. They are very thorough here. You can get an appointment when you need one. I don't think employees should have to work weekends. If someone needs to see a GP they can arrange it round work.

  • I have been registered here for over 10 years and have always had excellent treatment. All staff are very good and helpful. On one occassion when very poorly the GP phoned me at home several times to check on me. I have never had such treatment anywhere else.

  • I find at this practice you never have a problem. Even the pharmacy staff are more than helpful.

  • Full marks to all medics and receptionists (no complaints here). We both changed to our current GP practice for a few reasons - it is much nearer to our home, we'd already heard good reports so we decided to change. We immediately agreed . the surgery is always hygienically clean, receptionists both pleasant and helpful and always willing to help. We call ourselves "The stick brigade" as our walking sticks announce our arrival! The medical staff explain clearly necessary procedures and reduce any worries we may experience. Appointments made to help time wise as often as is possible.

  • Personalised care, good listening and personal one - to - one proper interview, feeling taken care of not like a body with an illness. Appointment was brought forwards to suit me since I was in early. Every concern was covered and Dr did her best to avoid having to refer me to the hospital for further (invasive) investigation.   • We did - The practice also offers late appointments with GP & Nurse on a Wednesday evening up until 8.15pm. Telephone appointments are available daily if you can take a phone call at work.

  • We did - The Practice increased the late opening until 8.15pm and participated in the weekend opening on a Sunday morning to provide more appointments. To further increase capacity the practice offers telephone appointments daily with the GP and Nurse Practitioner. This system allows clinicians to assess the urgency of patients problems and direct them to the most appropriate service.

  • We did - Both GP & Nurse Practitioner offer telephone appointments. The reason for this is to establish urgency & need in order to manage the increased workload at the practice and ensure that you are seen by the correct clinician first time. Evening appointments are available on a Wednesday up until 8.15pm
