• No reflection on Amy as she was very nice and listened to me but I was referred by my doctor and after pouring my heart out to a complete stranger for 45 minutes I was told that Options were unable to help me. A letter was sent to my doctor ( I had an email copy) suggesting I contact simply counselling?? I haven't stopped crying since. It was a big step for me being referred but I felt another door shut.
