The nurses that came to see me were kind, caring, thoughtful and know what they were doing. They had time to talk to me and I felt very comfortable with all the nurses, and above all, they talked to me in a way I understood, I can't wait until I see them all again and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, they were all extremely just lovely.

The benefits are extremely positive. Fear factor gone and confidence improved. Techniques very very helpful. Lucy and Abby deserve a mention. Extremely attentive :)

Because due to their high experience and knowledge they have helped me cope and come to terms with my serious conditions and giving help and support (even by phone) when needed.
